sesuhada (세수하다)

Complex verb

Verb meaning: WASH [wash]

Comment: Means 'to wash one's face or neck with one's hands'. Neither the word for face or neck nor for hand can be overtly expressed here. The nominal part sesu is Sino-Korean (洗手) meaning 'wash hands'. The definition in Nave online dictionary (http://krdic.naver.com/detail.nhn?docid=21586100 [accessed 2014-02-17]) includes the meaning of washing one's hands, but it would be weird if one used this to impy that one washed his or her hands only. I guess that hands are just washed because one washes one's face with them.
