Similarly to many other examples, suyeom and kkakk- seem to be one prosodic unit in this case, and it would be more natural to use an adverbial in such a construction and not in one where suyeom is marked with accusative case. Note that the -eo ending is typically spoken, and in written usage it would be -a.
