This is a periphrastic causative (based on the verb
-ʔne 'do it'), of the intransitive verb -ya-tzaʔą 'to get filled' which itself is a lexicalized auxiliary construction (see ex. 228). These are the most common and basic ways to express the idea of 'filling'. Just about any verb can be causativized periphrastically similarly to this.
