Alternation ‘Causative-Inchoative’ (Uncoded)

A verb occurs freely in both transitive and intransitive frames, e.g. break and burn. It is difficult to establish either frame as the primary one. Sometimes I was unsure whether to assign a verb to the Ambitransitive or whether to define a more specific alternation.
