Alternation ‘Inchoative-Causative’ (Uncoded)

A (basic) intransitive predicate depicting a state or something happening ('S is like this' or 'something happened to S') alternates with a (nonbasic) transitive predicate taking an agentive or agent-like subject. The transitive sentences depicts a change to the patient caused by the agent's action.
